Hello....Think I'll make the truffles this weekend. Can't decide if I want to do the oreo ones and the straight chocolate or both?
How did you get the white stripes on the oreo ones? melted white chocolate? Not sure I can find that here...I'll try.
Just melt like 2 oz of white chocolate bar and drizzle them over with a fork. OR, if you have extra Oreo, just crush them, and sprinkle them on the top instead of the drizzled chocolate.
Can I dip them in something like almond bark? I found this meia armago (half bitter) chocolate here that you can melt and use for dipping. There isn't unsweetened chocolate squares here. I have cocoa powder (unsweetened) that I could mix with some shortening to get the choc squares or will the thing I found work?
Also, when do you drizzle with the white chocolate? After the truffles have set?
Going to make these tomorrow!!!!!!!!
